Signals is a centre for creative digital learning, specialising in film and creative digital work and using media production for social, learning and creative outcomes. Signals is a charity that provides courses, workshops and projects across the region, working with schools, community groups, the cultural and third sector and new talent. We do this through the provision of courses, CPD,  project work, online resources, production and training.
